2. Use of Service

Bama Deals is a platform that aggregates and displays deals and discounts from various merchants across Alabama. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Use any automated system to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce

3. Deals and Merchant Relationships

The deals displayed on Bama Deals are provided by third-party merchants. Bama Deals is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of deals listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of merchants to honor the deals advertised.

When you redeem a deal, you enter into a separate transaction with the merchant. Bama Deals is not a party to that transaction and disclaims any liability arising from such transactions.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bama Deals and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Changes to Terms
